The Kulttuurikellari restaurant space is completely accessible and is located next to the main entrance. There is a toilet for disabled. The Kulttuurikellari is on two different floors, but the restaurant can be reached from the restaurant to the top floor of the hall with a platform elevator. However, there are several staircases and a rising grandstand in the space, so barrier-free access cannot be guaranteed everywhere. Savonlinna's Kulttuurikellari is a disability card destination. The assistant of the person presenting the A-marked card gets entry free of charge.
